Text Message BioI am a 21-year-old female who's mixed with African-American, Caucasian, and Native-American, and I'm damn proud of it!
Attending my first year of college, a 2-year community college in the near western suburbs of Chicago. Major is Business manangement. I'm looking to transfer to a 4-year institution.
I prefer to be different so I will stand out in the crowd. For example, when it comes to many people my age, their most desired pet to have is a lap dog like the ones you see Hollywood celebrities with. Not me! I love them too, but my desired pet is either a pet pigeon, a pet starling, a fancy rat, or a pet stingray. I'm leaning towards getting a stingray.
I don't dress like I should: wearing matching garments or name-brand clothing. I'm happy with how I look, not how others want me to look.
Some of my favorite brands of clothing include Aeropostale, American Eagle, Hot Topic, and a couple brands found exclusively at Target, Mossimo and Xhilaration.
The only shoe stores I like to shop are Payless and Famous Footwear. I choose to focus on buying the inexpensive cheap brands because hey, I have to eat and drink! Forget looking good all the time!
I graduated from Proviso East high school with a GPA of 3.6. And I was in the top 25% of my graduating class. A member of the school's honor roll.

I prefer to study rather than sit by the boob tube all damn day.
I am an animal lover. I love many species of animals. Some of my favorites include, but are not limited to, horses, pigeons, sting rays, dragonflies, coyotes, owls, goats, cheetahs, millipedes, and starlings.
I am a world-class poet, not to mention, an up-and-coming poet on the International Poetry Scene. I've only been writing poetry for 15 months now but I have two awards to prove it.
My bedroom in my apartment has some pretty nice things inside it. I have my very own laptop computer and HP printer. I have a mini-fridge, a radio with surround sound, and a five-tier shelf. I have no television in my apartment becuase I am only focused on my schoolwork and the television, unlike the radio, is a huge distraction.
